If you imported your workout program via mebody, the schedule is automatically generated from your program's structure. You confirm the days and times, and your training schedule is ready. You can change your time slots at any time — switch a day, reschedule a session, add a cardio session between two weight training workouts, insert a deload week. The schedule adapts to your life, not the other way around.
