You're a beginner or getting back to physical activity after a break? mebody offers workout program templates adapted to your goal, level, and equipment — full body, push pull legs, upper lower body, circuit training, fitness program, cardio weight training program. You start with a structured and progressive framework, designed to prevent injuries and build solid foundations.
You launch your workout session directly from mebody. Session mode is designed to be used at the gym or at home without friction — quick logging, automatic rest timer, notes per exercise.
For each exercise, you enter your loads in kilos and your rep count. The rest timer starts automatically between each set — no more watching your watch. You can add notes about your technique, joint pain, particular fatigue, or an exercise to modify.
At the end of each session, you fill in a quick checkout: overall energy level, soreness, any pain, general feeling. This data feeds directly into the Adaptive Progress Engine for next session adjustments.
mebody includes a warm-up reminder before each workout session — especially important for joints, spine, and deep muscles — and a stretching reminder at the end of the session to improve muscle recovery and preserve your long-term fitness.
This is mebody's core engine. After each workout session, the app analyzes your data — loads, reps, volume per muscle group, feeling, soreness, consistency — and suggests a conservative adjustment for your next session.

You set your weekly time slots — days and times — and receive a reminder before each workout or cardio session. If you miss a workout, automatic rescheduling preserves your week's balance. Your schedule is exportable in ICS format for Google Calendar and Apple Calendar.

If you stack many intense cardio sessions on top of your weight training, mebody accounts for it in its adjustment suggestions — avoiding overtraining, preserving your physical capabilities, and maintaining optimal recovery heart rate.
